Enduro Madeira

I did a one day tour with João from Mountain Gadget and it was awesome!
João is very friendly and professional and the bikes are in perfect condition.
We drove various terrain and joão picked a very nice trail that suited my experience, it had exactly that what i was hoping for.
I had the feeling i was driving with my friends instead of driving with a guide.
Many nice conversations on the way when we stopped for something to drink or lunch.
If you love Enduro and you are on Madeira than i can highly recommend doing a tour with Mountain Gadget, João will give you all you want from beginner to expert.
With great knowledge of driving and the terrain on Madeira.
I will definitely coming back for another tour!

Highly recommend if your are interested in getting startet with riding off-road! João is an excellent instructor and takes his time to explain the bikes, the equipment and riding technique. On the track, he always had great feedback and helpful little tips how to handle the challenges of the terrain.
Good fitness is required, as it can be quite demanding, especially when you are still stiff and insecure in the beginning. Once you get the hang of it, it already feels much easier. 😅

This is some of the best money I’ve spent in a long time. João is an excellent guide with lots of experience and patience to explain and provide tips and tricks along the way. João knows the area like his own backyard so you’re guaranteed a unique experience where you experience the nature and outback on Madeira. Although I’ve been riding for ten years on the road, I really felt that I significantly improved my riding style in a matter of only one day. I would highly recommend going with mountain gadget for the experience and for rapid improvement.

So glad I did this! On holiday with my family and I thought I deserved a me day. As a keen motor biker I came across Joao and his company prior to going to Madeira and booked up for a 6 hour day trip exploring Madeira the alternative way on a Husqvarna off road motorbike! Great equipment, great local knowledge, different skill levels to suite all from beginner to expert. Joao even took me to a little rustic restaurant up in the hills! Superb day and what a great experience. Thanks Joao! Very highly recommended!

Madeira has lots to offer a beautiful place to visit especially if you love motocross and enduro
I searched on air bnb and found Pedros site for off road experience I had an awesome day
I found it a bit hard as I’ve not been on a bike for about 5 years but it’s given me the buzz to get back into enduro I’m looking for a bike now

Pedro was a great and patient instructor making sure I was ok at all times and a great rider with lots of tips and knew the terrain like the back of his hand

Been riding my 125cc on the road for a year but never had any off road experience, nor ridden a dirt bike. J and his team were super supportive and showed me the ropes… It was fantastic day out. I’ll be back for more next year!
